George LeeExecutive Director and Co-Founder

George is president and CEO of Snap Agency. Previously, he founded and was a principal partner of Probus Online, an internet retailing company. George currently serves on the board of Courage Center – Allina Health Alpine Ski and Snowboard, and has served on the boards of Prism and Social Enterprise Alliance (Twin Cities Chapter).

Tom McCullough, Co-Founder

Tom was also a principal partner at Probus Online (Internet Retailer). Prior to the formation of Probus OneTouch, Tom worked in marketing development, consulting, and direct sales for a number of small and fortune 500 companies including Pitney Bowes, Monsanto, and AT&T Wireless.

John Dinusson, Board Chair

John is President of OrthoCor Medical and brings 15 years of leadership in diverse areas including venture capital, finance and operations. John’s primary experience was at Blumberg Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm and also led Initiative Ventures working with early-stage MN based ventures. John continues to work with nonprofits focusing on innovative organizations serving economically disadvantaged adults and children through leadership, accountability and self sufficiency.

Mark Evenson, Vice Board Chair

Mark is the Principal/Marketing Director at Avison Young Minneapolis office. With 29 years of industry experience, Mark’s specialties are site selection, portfolio and transaction management, and strategic planning. His successful brokerage experience and established track record as a proven manager provides the foundation to deliver effective solutions for large and small tenants.

Jay Singleton, Board Secretary

Jay is the Vice President of Enterprise Architecture at SUPERVALU, Inc. with many years of experience working with technology in various settings including manufacturing, financial and corporate environments. Jay is very interested in pushing technology to its limits to solve business challenges. He also enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, and reading.

Donna Herbel, Board Member

Donna Herbel, SPHR, FMP serves as Lead Director of Training and Development for Perkins & Marie Callender’s, LLC which owns and franchises over 400 full service restaurants in the US and Canada. Her expertise include strategic planning, talent management, leadership development, process improvement, instructional design and project management. She has served on nonprofit boards for the Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers and the Twin Cities Human Resource Association.

 

Femi Solade, Board Member

Femi is Senior Counsel at Wells Fargo Bank and an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on defending corporate clients across a broad range of substantive legal areas, including data privacy, products liability, mass tort, commercial, consumer fraud, false advertising and intellectual property disputes. She also has experience counseling clients on regulatory and compliance issues, administrative actions, internal investigations,   risk avoidance, and litigation readiness.

Scott Weislow, Board Member

Scott is the Vice President of Sustainability & Environmental Services at Avangard Innovative. An outcome-driven and dynamic leader in his field, Scott carries an expertise and passion to bring forth measurable change through strategic program development. He has more than 27 years of global experience in environmental, compliance, and sustainability leadership roles within the manufacturing, retail and construction industries, most recently with Best Buy, where he led and grew the world’s largest electronics and appliances recycling program. In his free time, he enjoys running and nature photography, and spending time with his wife and daughters.

Frank BrownBoard Member

Frank has the only minority-owned Union Print Shop in the State of Minnesota, Minuteman Press Uptown in Minneapolis. Frank’s activism started in 2009 with TakeAction Minnesota’s Renew campaign. He became a founding member of the Justice for All Program at TakeAction Minnesota, and led the campaign to Ban the Box, leading a 300 person rally in downtown Minneapolis. Frank supports the community by staying active in organizations that fight for racial, social and economic justice.

Brad BrownBoard Member

Brad retired at the end of 2016, but continues to serve as a consultant to the Benefit Chicago program that invests in nonprofits and social enterprises working throughout the Chicago region. Before retiring, he was the Executive Vice President, Impact Investment and Philanthropy for Cheetah Development. In that role, he was responsible for raising philanthropic funds for the Cheetah Development nonprofit corporation, and investment capital for Cheetah’s impact investment funds. Brad has his Master in Public Administration from Hamline University. He is particularly interested in the convergence of the business and nonprofit sectors and developing social capital markets to fund social businesses.
