This is the example I have been shown through the members of this organization, which has not only given of itself monetarily and providing my family with furniture that we were in need of. I was moved by the awesome example of Christian attitude, spirit, and faith. The question I ask myself is this: “Have I seen Jesus my Lord?” My answer is: Yes!; “He is here in plain view,” just like the song, your organization has set an example of true faith. The time, contributions, and hard work of helping me move into my apartment is greatly appreciated and has lightened the load for me and my family, Your help and contributions has made my transition from incarceration back into society a smooth one. Dear Mr. Logan,
Today I used your organization for the first time, for a donation pickup of furniture. The driver, Gerald, and the other worker, Ernest, arrived about 5 minutes early – great! – and called me as instructed. Both Gerald and Ernest were extremely polite, professional, and understanding about the work that was required to do the job. They were both very kind to offer me a “God Bless” and their thanks also, after I’d thanked them for all their help. I look forward to using your organization again in the future, and I will be recommending you/all to others, including to the management here at my apartment complex. Thank you once again for the excellent help today. I would appreciate it if my thanks could be passed along to Gerald and Ernest.

I wanted to let you know how impressed I am with your organization and in particular the three men who I worked with. I called and spoke to Carl who got me scheduled on relatively short notice. Carl was very professional, made sure the truck, driver and helper made it to my home on a difficult day. Dear Janine,
I recently called to arrange for a pick up of some medical equipment from my father’s apartment. I can not tell you how pleased I was, not just with your staff there at Courage Center, but also those that did the actual pick up. I spoke with Carl twice to arrange the pick up and also when he called to confirm the pick up. He, as well as the two gentlemen that came to my father’s place, were professional, courteous and very helpful! They were also very prompt and arrived exactly when they said they would!
I was most pleased and will certainly recommend to all to donate to Courage Center because of this experience.
